Welcome to Brevon (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the legal agreement between Belogg Technologies Pvt. Ltd. d/b/a Brevon; its affiliates, and you (“User,” “Client,” or “Service Provider”) for the use of our website, services, and offerings.
By accessing, engaging, or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using Brevon’ website or services.
1. Definitions
- “Brevon” refers to Brevon and its affiliates, employees, representatives, and partners.
- “User” refers to clients, businesses, service providers, or any other entity utilizing Brevon services.
- “Services” refers to the mediation and facilitation services provided by Brevon, including connecting clients to third-party service providers for outsourcing needs.
- “Client” refers to any business or entity engaging Brevon for mediation services.
- “Service Provider” refers to any third-party entity that Brevon connects with Clients for BPO services or operational needs.
2. Scope of Services
Brevon offers the following services:
- Mediation between clients and service providers specializing in call centers, administrative services, logistics, and customer experience operations.
- Analyzing market insights to identify suitable service providers that align with the client’s operational goals.
- Facilitating agreements, contracts, and partnerships between clients and third-party providers.
- Assisting businesses with process outsourcing solutions to scale operations while focusing on core competencies.
We operate as a mediator only and do not directly perform services for clients or service providers unless specified in a separate contract.
3. Data Safety & Privacy
We recognize the critical importance of data protection and confidentiality. Brevon implements appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to ensure the safety of all sensitive information collected through our services.
3.1 Data Collected
Brevon may collect personal and operational data, such as:
- Client company name, contact details, and business needs.
- Third-party service provider details shared during mediation.
- Market research and insights used to optimize operations.
3.2 Data Sharing
Brevon shares client information only with designated service providers or partners when explicitly necessary for the purpose of fulfilling BPO mediation requirements.
3.3 Data Storage & Protection
We store data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, or local equivalents). Brevon does NOT sell or share sensitive client data for marketing purposes.
3.4 Client Rights to Data
Clients have the right to request:
- Access to their personal data.
- Data corrections if inaccurate.
- Deletion of their data, subject to contractual obligations.

4. User Responsibilities
When accessing Brevon’ services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information about your needs and expectations.
- Use Brevon’ services only for lawful purposes and ethical business practices.
- Not share false information, misrepresent yourself, or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Notify Brevon promptly if you experience changes to your information, needs, or expectations related to services.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All information shared with Brevon is subject to strict confidentiality agreements. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Business strategies and operational needs.
- Client financials, sensitive agreements, or market research insights.
Brevon ensures that third-party providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and only access necessary information for service fulfillment.
6. Contract Breach
A breach of contract occurs if either party fails to adhere to the agreed-upon contractual terms, including but not limited to:
- Failure to deliver services as outlined.
- Misrepresentation of services, fees, or obligations.
- Breach of confidentiality agreements.
6.1 Client Breach:
If the client fails to uphold their financial obligations, provide timely information, or engage with the agreed-upon process, Brevon reserves the right to terminate services after proper notice.
6.2 Service Provider Breach:
If a service provider fails to adhere to agreed-upon deliverables, Brevon will assist in resolving the issue or finding an alternative solution.
Brevon reserves the right to initiate legal recourse in cases of breach if necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brevon shall not be liable for:
- Service failures caused by third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances.
- Delays, damages, or losses arising due to Client or Service Provider action.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Brevon’ total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid by the Client to Brevon in the preceding six months.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or disagreements arising from these Terms, contracts, or service engagements shall first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
Arbitration Clause:
- All arbitration will occur according to Indian Jurisdiction.
- Arbitration fees will be shared equally by all parties unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.
9. Termination
Brevon reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify services at its sole discretion if:
- A client or service provider breaches the Terms.
- Legal or contractual obligations make continuation impossible.
- A client violates laws or ethical standards.
Clients or service providers can terminate engagements by providing 30 days’ notice unless otherwise specified.
10. Third-Party Service Providers
Brevon partners with third-party service providers solely for the purpose of facilitating the client’s outsourcing needs. Brevon makes no warranties regarding the performance, results, or suitability of these third parties. Users acknowledge that service agreements with these providers are independent contracts between the Client and the Service Provider.
11. Modifications to the Terms
Brevon reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services or website constitutes your acceptance of these updates.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts for any legal proceedings.
